At Restgarth, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care in a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment. Our experienced team understands that every individual has unique needs, and we work closely with residents and their families to ensure personalised care that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
We provide specialist care for older people, including those living with dementia, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments.

Our Promise
Since our last CQC inspection, our team has dedicated themselves to enhancing the quality of care we provide. We have addressed the main concerns highlighted in the inspection report as follows:

Care Planning: We have implemented detailed care plans for all residents, ensuring clear instructions for their care and involving families when appropriate.
​
Staffing: A recruitment plan is now in place to hire experienced care staff, including Seniors and HCAs available for both day and night shifts.
Training: We are prioritizing relevant face-to-face training for staff, alongside ongoing supervision and development opportunities.
Management: Our management team works closely with the CQC and local authorities. Emma Squire has stepped into the role of Acting Manager and is in the process of applying to become the Registered Manager, with Kelly as the Deputy.
